What microneedling can help with

Here's where it shines

acne scars and uneven texture

Acne scars and uneven texture

If old breakouts left behind dips, bumps, or rough patches, microneedling can help smooth things out gradually as your skin rebuilds. For most people it's a series, not a one-and-done.

Treatments+

We create controlled micro-channels that prompt your skin to lay down fresh collagen. Over a few sessions, scarred texture can soften and look more even for many people.

Causes+

Acne can damage the skin's support layer as it heals, which leaves pitted or raised scars and an uneven surface.

Right after

Days 1-3 · settling in

Your skin will likely look a little pink, a bit like a light sunburn, for a day or two. That usually settles fast. We'll send you home with simple aftercare and a gentle plan so your skin can calm down comfortably.

Fresh glow

Week 1-2 · brighter, smoother

Over the first week or two, a lot of people notice their skin looking fresher, smoother, and a bit more even as it renews. How much you see can vary depending on your skin and what we treated.

Deeper results build

Month 1-3 · collagen at work

The bigger texture and firmness changes are gradual. As your skin keeps building collagen over the weeks, scars and fine lines can soften for many people. This is where a series really pays off.

What the Beauty Club says

A few words from our Innisfil and Barrie clients.

Natasha has completely mastered the art of combining a results-driven medical treatment without sacrificing the relaxation of a traditional facial treatment. Instead of just waiting around during masks or product activations, she uses that time to melt away every ounce of tension you are holding by adding scalp and shoulder massages. I left with glowing, deeply treated skin and my mind and body super relaxed.

Good questions

Your microneedling questions,
answered

Everything you might be wondering before your first visit. Still curious about something? Just ask us.

For most people it's very tolerable. We apply numbing cream first, so you'll usually feel a light scratchy or prickly sensation rather than anything sharp. If you're nervous, just tell us and we'll keep you comfy the whole time.

A lot of people notice a fresh glow and smoother feel within 1 to 2 weeks. The deeper texture and firmness changes build more gradually over a few weeks to a few months. Results vary, which is why we track your progress with you.

Traditional microneedling is priced per session. We also offer PRP plus microneedling, LED add-ons, and a protocol of three sessions, each priced on our Jane menu. We'll confirm the right option and full cost for you at your consult.

Most people see the best results from a series, often around three sessions spaced a few weeks apart. The exact number depends on your skin and your goals, which we'll go over honestly at your consult. Our protocol of three is set on our Jane menu.

It's usually minimal. Your skin may look a little pink, a bit like a light sunburn, for a day or two. Most people are back to their routine quickly. We just ask you to keep it gentle and wear SPF while your skin renews.

For a lot of people, yes. Microneedling prompts your skin to build fresh collagen, which can help soften the look of pitted or uneven acne scars over a series. How much you'll see depends on your skin, so we'll be honest about what's realistic at your consult.

Microneedling is a well-established treatment when it's done by trained professionals with sterile equipment. Our team assesses your skin first, works under the medical oversight Ontario requires, and goes over your health history before we begin. We'll answer any questions at your consult.

Great question. Traditional microneedling uses tiny needles to build collagen at the surface. SylfirmX adds radiofrequency energy, which goes deeper and is great for things like firmness, redness, and pigmentation. Your provider will recommend the right fit for your skin and goals.

PRP microneedling pairs the treatment with platelet-rich plasma drawn from your own blood, which we apply to support healing and collagen. A lot of people choose it for an extra boost on texture and glow. It's priced on our Jane menu, and we'll talk through whether it suits you.

We ask you to skip makeup for the first 24 hours so your skin can settle and stay clean while the micro-channels close. After that, you can ease back into your routine. We'll send you home with simple, clear aftercare.

Come with clean, product-free skin if you can, and let us know about any active ingredients (like retinoids or acids) you're using so we can pause them at the right time. We'll walk you through the full prep when you book, so you're set up for the best result.

Traditional microneedling is generally considered suitable for a wide range of skin tones because it works mechanically rather than with light. That said, every skin is different, so we'll assess yours and confirm it's a good fit at your consult.

Often, yes. Lots of our clients pair microneedling with facials or LED for a balanced result. We'll map out what makes sense for you and the right order and spacing, with no pressure to add anything you don't want.

Microneedling isn't right for everyone, for example if you have an active skin infection, certain skin conditions, or are pregnant. That's exactly why we assess you first and review your health history, so we only go ahead when it's safe and right for you.

We do! Our clinic is in Innisfil, right between Barrie and the rest of Simcoe County, so we see lots of clients from Barrie, Bradford, and beyond. Easy to get to, free parking, and a warm welcome every time.

You're so welcome here. A ton of our microneedling clients are first-timers. We take it slow, explain everything, answer every question, and only start when you feel ready. No judgment, ever.

Yes, and we go through this with you before we book. It is best to wait if you have an active breakout, a cold sore, an open area, or any infection where we would be treating, until your skin has settled. We also ask about a few things in your history: keloid or raised scars, eczema or psoriasis in the area, and whether you have taken Accutane recently, since your skin needs time to heal well first. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we will hold off for now. None of this rules you out for good in most cases. Tell us your full picture and we will let you know if now is the right time or if a short wait is safer for you.

For most people the treated skin looks a little pink and feels warm, a bit like a mild sunburn, and there can be some light swelling. That usually calms down within a day or two, and many people go back to their normal day right away. Some flaking, dryness, or the odd small breakout as your skin renews is normal too. If you have a deeper skin tone, there is a chance of some darkening in the treated spots, so sun protection afterward really matters, and we will talk you through it. Please call us if you notice anything that does not feel right: redness or pain that is getting worse instead of better, spreading heat or swelling, blistering, weeping, signs of infection, or a cold sore starting. We would always rather hear from you and check in than have you wait and wonder.
