Instead of one set routine for everyone, your provider looks at your skin and personalizes every step, the cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, and mask, to what your skin needs that day. So two visits can look a little different depending on how your skin's doing.

Plan for about 90 minutes of lovely you-time. We never rush it. The consult and customizing are part of what makes the results work, so we give your skin the full attention it deserves.

The Signature Custom Facial is priced on our Jane menu. We also offer a Rest and Relax facial and a Teen Glow facial, each priced individually. We'll always confirm pricing and any add-ons before we start, so there are no surprises, and Beauty Club members get member pricing.

Not really. You can head right back to your day. Some people have a little flush right after, especially if we did exfoliation or extractions, and that usually settles within a few hours. We'll send you home with simple aftercare.

Come with clean, product-light skin if you can, and skip strong actives like retinol or acids for a day or two beforehand. If you've had recent sun, a peel, or any injectables, let us know so we can time things safely. Otherwise, just show up ready to relax.

We'd gently suggest giving your skin a few hours to breathe after your facial, since it's freshly cleansed and prepped. When you do reapply, sunscreen first, always, especially after any exfoliation.

Often, yes. Lots of our clients pair a facial with treatments like dermaplaning, a peel, or injectables for a balanced result. We'll map out what makes sense for you and the right order and timing, with no pressure to add anything you don't want.

Our facials are gentle, but timing matters. We will reschedule you if you have an active breakout, a cold sore, or any infected or broken skin, and we hold off on dermaplaning if your skin is very sensitive or your rosacea is flaring, since the exfoliation can stir that up. If you have had a peel, laser, or a real sunburn recently, let us know so we can give your skin time to settle first. When in doubt, tell us at check-in and we will pick the treatment that suits your skin that day.
