Lia Harding is a Registered Nurse and skilled Aesthetic Injector with over two years of experience in medical aesthetics and a 14-year background in acute care hospital nursing. Her strong clinical foundation and passion for aesthetics inform her thoughtful, safety-focused approach to treatment. Lia has completed advanced training in both dermal fillers and neuromodulators, allowing her to deliver natural, balanced results that enhance facial harmony. She also serves as an assistant for THMA Consulting's Foundations Course, supporting the education and development of new aesthetic practitioners. Clients love Lia for her calm, caring presence and her ability to blend precision with artistry in every treatment.

She is a Key Opinion Leader for Galderma and Xcite Technologies, Chair of APANS, and lead educator for THMA's Foundations Course. With over 6 years as a Medical Director, Jennifer also teaches the Authorized Prescriber course, guiding other healthcare professionals through safe, ethical prescribing in medical aesthetics. She is passionate about complication management and leads THMA's complication training course. Jennifer has trained globally with top industry experts, spoken at international conferences, completed advanced cadaver dissections, and studied with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Known for her ultrasound-guided, full-face approach, she blends science, safety, and artistry in every treatment.
