What lymphatic drainage can help with

Here's where it shines

facial puffiness and water retention

Facial puffiness and water retention

If you wake up puffy or feel like fluid hangs around your face and under-eyes, gentle drainage can help move it along. For most people that means a fresher, less swollen look.

Treatments+

We use light, rhythmic strokes to guide fluid toward your lymph nodes, so it can drain naturally. Results vary, but a lot of clients notice their face looks a little less puffy by the end of the session.

Causes+

Salt, hormones, poor sleep, and sitting still all let fluid pool. Over time that can leave your face feeling heavy and looking puffy.

What the Beauty Club says

A few words from our Innisfil and Barrie clients.

Natasha has completely mastered the art of combining a results-driven medical treatment without sacrificing the relaxation of a traditional facial treatment. Instead of just waiting around during masks or product activations, she uses that time to melt away every ounce of tension you are holding by adding scalp and shoulder massages. I left with glowing, deeply treated skin and my mind and body super relaxed.

Everything you might be wondering before your first visit. Still curious about something? Just ask us.

It's a gentle, rhythmic massage that uses light, flowing strokes to help your body move excess fluid along its natural drainage pathways. For most people that means feeling lighter and looking a little less puffy. We can focus on your face, your body, or both.

Not at all. It's one of the gentlest treatments we offer. The pressure is light and soothing, and most of our clients find it deeply relaxing. If anything ever feels like too much, just tell us and we'll adjust.

Most sessions run about 60 to 90 minutes, depending on whether you're booking face, body, or both. We'll confirm the timing when you book so you can plan your day around it.

A lot of people notice they feel lighter and look a little less puffy the same day. The fresher, more sculpted look can last a few days, and it tends to build with a series. Results vary.

For most people, the de-puffed, lighter feeling lasts a few days to about a week. Because it's about moving fluid rather than a permanent change, staying consistent with a series helps the results hold for longer. We'll talk through a rhythm that works for you.

Facial drainage focuses on de-puffing your face, jaw, and under-eyes for a fresher look. Body drainage works along your midsection, legs, and arms to help you feel lighter and look a touch more sculpted. A lot of clients book both, and your provider will recommend at your visit.

A single session, a face and body session, and a package of sessions are each priced on our Jane menu. We'll confirm exactly what's right for you and the full price before we start, so there are no surprises. Beauty Club members get member pricing too.

None at all. You can head right back to your day. We just suggest drinking plenty of water, keeping gently active, and going easy on salt for the rest of the day to help your body keep the fluid moving.

Absolutely, and a lot of our clients do. Booking a few days before a wedding, shoot, or trip can help you look fresh and feel your best. We'll help you time it so the de-puffed glow lands right when you want it.

It can support your recovery once you're cleared by your surgeon, and it's a popular reason clients come in. We keep the pressure light and follow your provider's guidance. Always check with the team who did your procedure first, and let us know the details at your visit.

It depends on your goals. For a pre-event glow, a session or two close to the date works well. For ongoing puffiness or a more sculpted feel, many people come in on a regular rhythm or book a package. We'll suggest what makes sense for you, with no pressure.

Lymphatic drainage isn't a weight-loss treatment. What it can do is help reduce fluid retention, so you may feel lighter and look a little less puffy. Any change in how you look is about fluid, not fat. We'll always be honest with you about what's realistic.

For most healthy people, gentle lymphatic drainage is very well tolerated. There are a few situations where we'd hold off or check with your doctor first, like certain heart, kidney, or circulation conditions, or an active infection. That's why we review your health history before we start.

Often, yes. Lots of our clients pair lymphatic drainage with a facial or wellness shot for a full reset day. We'll map out what makes sense for you and the right order to do things, with no pressure to add anything you don't want.

We do! Our clinic is in Innisfil, right between Barrie and the rest of Simcoe County, so we see lots of clients from Barrie, Bradford, and beyond. Easy to get to, free parking, and a warm welcome every time.

You're so welcome here. A ton of our lymphatic drainage clients are first-timers. We take it slow, explain everything, answer every question, and only start when you feel ready. No judgment, ever.

It is a gentle treatment, but a few health conditions mean you should wait or check with your doctor first. We will not perform it if you have an active infection or fever, a known blood clot such as a DVT, or heart failure, because moving that much fluid can be risky for you. If you have kidney problems or an area of acute inflammation, let us know so we can coordinate with your care team. A quick health check-in before we start keeps this safe and relaxing.

Most people feel light and relaxed. It is completely normal to feel a little more tired, mildly sore, or to need the washroom more often over the next day, since the massage helps your body move fluid. Drinking water helps. If you notice new swelling, redness, warmth, or pain in a limb, or you feel unwell or feverish afterward, please stop and call us or your doctor, as those are signs to get checked rather than continue.
