What crow's feet treatment can help with

Here's where it shines

smile lines at corners of eyes

Smile lines at the corners of the eyes

The lines that fan out when you smile or laugh are completely natural. If they're starting to linger when your face relaxes, a little neuromodulator can help them look softer for most people.

Treatments+

We place a small amount of a Health Canada-approved neuromodulator into the muscle around the outer eye so it can't crease as sharply. For most people that means softer-looking lines within about a week.

Causes+

Years of smiling, squinting, and laughing fold the skin at the outer eye over and over, and over time those folds can start to stay.

Why clients choose us

Real care from a team that gets it

At Real Beauty Rx, you're looked after by an experienced team of injectors, nurses, and aestheticians who genuinely care about how you feel, not just how you look. Warm, honest, and zero judgment, every single visit.

Your treatment is performed by Jennifer Holman, NP, our owner and a Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years in medicine. She is a Key Opinion Leader for Galderma and Xcite Technologies, Chair of APANS, a lead injector-trainer for THMA, and known for her ultrasound-guided, full-face approach. You may also be cared for by our aesthetic nurse injector Lia Harding, RN. We keep it gentle, explain as we go, and never rush you.

We check how your outer-eye muscle actually moves before anything's planned, so your dose is built around you. All treatments follow Ontario's medical oversight rules.

Our whole vibe is subtle. We want your eyes to look softer and more rested, while you still smile and squint completely like you.

Real Beauty Rx reviews

What the Beauty Club says

A few words from our Innisfil and Barrie clients.

Natasha has completely mastered the art of combining a results-driven medical treatment without sacrificing the relaxation of a traditional facial treatment. Instead of just waiting around during masks or product activations, she uses that time to melt away every ounce of tension you are holding by adding scalp and shoulder massages. I left with glowing, deeply treated skin and my mind and body super relaxed.

Good questions

Your crow's feet questions,
answered

Everything you might be wondering before your first visit. Still curious about something? Just ask us.

Honestly? Barely. It's a few tiny pinches and takes about 10-15 minutes. Most of our clients say it's way easier than they built it up in their head. If you're nervous, just tell us and we can use ice or numbing to keep you comfy.

Most people start to see the lines softening within about 3 to 7 days, and the full effect usually settles by around two weeks. Results vary, which is why we check in with you along the way.

For most people, crow's feet treatment lasts around 3 to 4 months. A lot of our clients rebook before it fully wears off so the softening stays consistent. We'll talk through timing that works for you at every visit.

Yes. The goal is to soften the lines, not freeze your face. For most people the eyes still move, smile, and squint naturally, just with softer creasing. We dose conservatively and check in to make sure it looks like you.

That's not our style. We keep crow's feet treatment subtle and natural, so your eyes look a little more rested while still being expressive. If you ever want more or less, we adjust at your check-in.

The crow's feet area usually needs only a small number of units per side, but the exact amount depends on how strong your muscle is and how much you'd like to soften. We check that at your consult and always confirm your unit count and full cost before we start, so there are no surprises.

Not really. You can head right back to your day. We just ask you to stay upright for a few hours, avoid rubbing the area, and go easy on alcohol, saunas, and hard workouts for about 24 hours so the product can settle where we placed it.

We usually ask you to wait a few hours before applying makeup over the area, and to be gentle so you're not rubbing the spots. After that you're good to go. We'll give you the full aftercare rundown at your visit.

It can help for a lot of people. Softening the muscle eases the repeated creasing that deepens these lines over time. Lines that are very set in may not fully smooth out, so we'll be honest about what's realistic for you at your consult.

We use a Health Canada-approved neuromodulator, often Botox or Dysport, and we'll tell you exactly what we're using at your visit. Our team reviews your health history and any allergies before anything is planned.

Neuromodulator treatments have been used safely for many years when they're done by trained professionals. Our team assesses you first, doses conservatively for your muscle, and works under the medical oversight Ontario requires. We'll go over the details and any questions at your consult.

Often, yes. Lots of our clients pair crow's feet treatment with forehead or frown-line softening for a balanced result. We'll map out what makes sense for you and the right order to do things, with no pressure to add anything you don't want.

It can be. Some people start while their lines are still light, hoping to slow them from deepening. Starting earlier can help for many people, though everyone's different. We keep prevention doses conservative and check how you respond.

Because it depends on your unit count, we confirm your full cost at your consult before anything starts. We bill transparently and Beauty Club members get member pricing. Book a consult and we'll give you a clear plan with units and pricing in writing.

We do! Our clinic is in Innisfil, right between Barrie and the rest of Simcoe County, so we see lots of clients from Barrie, Bradford, and beyond. Easy to get to, free parking, and a warm welcome every time.

You're so welcome here. A ton of our crow's feet clients are first-timers. We take it slow, explain everything, answer every question, and only start when you feel ready. No judgment, ever.

A few people are not good candidates, and a few should simply wait. We do not treat you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have an active skin infection or breakout at the injection site, or if you have had an allergic reaction to a botulinum toxin before. If you have a nerve or muscle condition such as myasthenia gravis, Lambert-Eaton syndrome, or ALS, this treatment may not be right for you, so please tell us. One product, Dysport, is not suitable if you are allergic to cow's milk protein, but we can often use a different product instead. None of this is meant to worry you. We go through your full health history with you at your consult, and if it is not the right time, we will tell you honestly and suggest what to do instead.

Most side effects are mild and go away on their own. The common ones are a little redness, swelling, or bruising where we inject, and sometimes a mild headache, which usually settles within a few days. Because the treatment relaxes muscles, a small number of people notice a temporary droop in an eyelid or brow, or a slightly uneven result. When this happens it is almost always minor and it fades as the product wears off, usually over a few weeks. Serious reactions are rare. Please call us right away if you have trouble swallowing, speaking, or breathing, muscle weakness that spreads beyond the treated area, or any sign of an allergic reaction such as a rash, hives, or swelling. We will always walk you through what to expect and how to reach us after your visit.

Crow's feet usually take about 12 to 24 units for both sides together. Your provider confirms your exact dose based on how much your eyes crinkle when you smile.
