What SylfirmX Redness & Repair can help with

Here's where it shines

rosacea and facial redness

Rosacea and persistent redness

If your cheeks and nose stay red even when you're calm, you're so not alone. We see reactive, rosacea-prone skin every day, and there's a gentle program that can help settle it for a lot of people.

Treatments+

SylfirmX uses fine needles and radiofrequency energy to target the vessels and inflammation that feed redness. Over the program, many people notice their skin looking calmer and more even. Results vary, so we'll set realistic expectations together.

Causes+

Rosacea-prone skin tends to flush easily, with overactive blood vessels and a barrier that reacts to triggers like heat, stress, and certain products.

Why clients choose us

Real care from a team that gets it

At Real Beauty Rx, you're looked after by an experienced team of injectors, nurses, and aestheticians who genuinely care about how you feel, not just how you look. Warm, honest, and zero judgment, every single visit.

Your treatment is performed by Natasha Grbesa, our Clinic Lead, Medical Aesthetician, and Certified Laser Technician, under the medical oversight of Jennifer Holman, NP. Jennifer is a Key Opinion Leader for Galderma and Xcite Technologies and Chair of APANS, with over 14 years in medicine. We keep it gentle, explain as we go, and never rush you.

We look closely at your skin and the type of redness you have before a program is planned, so your sessions are built around you. All treatments follow Ontario's medical oversight rules.

Our whole vibe is gentle. We want your skin to feel calmer and look more even, at a pace that's comfortable for you and right for your barrier.

What the Beauty Club says

A few words from our Innisfil and Barrie clients.

Natasha has completely mastered the art of combining a results-driven medical treatment without sacrificing the relaxation of a traditional facial treatment. Instead of just waiting around during masks or product activations, she uses that time to melt away every ounce of tension you are holding by adding scalp and shoulder massages. I left with glowing, deeply treated skin and my mind and body super relaxed.

Good questions

Your SylfirmX Redness & Repair questions,
answered

Everything you might be wondering before your first session. Still curious about something? Just ask us.

Most people find it very tolerable. We apply a numbing cream first, and you'll feel some warmth and a little prickle as we work. Our team takes their time and checks in with you the whole way, and if you're nervous, just tell us so we can keep you comfy.

It's a focused series of SylfirmX RF microneedling sessions designed to calm redness and help repair your skin barrier. Because it's a program rather than a single visit, the results can build gradually over your sessions. We'll map out your full plan at your consult.

The Redness and Repair Program is priced on our Jane menu. That covers the program as planned at your consult. We'll go over exactly what's included and answer any questions before you commit, so there are no surprises.

Some people notice their skin feeling calmer within the first week or two, while the bigger redness and tone changes build gradually across the program. Results vary, which is why we check your progress at every session.

Redness and Repair is designed as a series, and the number of sessions depends on your skin and how it responds. We'll lay out the full program for you at your consult so you know exactly what to expect from the start.

Not much. Your skin may look pink or feel warm for a day or two, a bit like a light sunburn. Most people head back to their day and just keep things gentle for the first 24 hours, with daily SPF to protect your skin.

For a lot of people, it can help calm rosacea-related redness and flushing over the program. It's not a cure, and how much it helps can vary, so we'll be honest at your consult about whether it's a good fit and what's realistic for your skin.

SylfirmX can help soften the look of small visible vessels over time. For some skin, we may also suggest IPL for veins and capillaries as part of your plan. We'll talk through the best combination for you at your consult.

They're different devices. We use SylfirmX, not Morpheus8, and our Redness and Repair Program is built specifically around calming redness and supporting the skin barrier. We're always happy to explain how SylfirmX works and why we chose it.

SylfirmX is often well suited to reactive, rosacea-prone skin because the settings can be adjusted gently. Our team assesses your skin and barrier first and paces the program to keep you comfortable. We work under the medical oversight Ontario requires.

Some pinkness and warmth right after is normal and usually settles within a day or two for most people. We'll give you simple aftercare to soothe and protect your skin, and we'll go over exactly what to expect before you start.

We ask you to skip makeup for the first 24 hours so your skin can calm and repair. After that, most people are back to their usual routine. We'll give you clear, gentle guidance for the days right after each session.

Often, yes. Lots of our clients pair the Redness and Repair Program with IPL or other skin treatments for a balanced result. We'll map out what makes sense for you and the right order to do things, with no pressure to add anything you don't want.

Absolutely. Plenty of our clients are guys dealing with rosacea, flushing, or visible vessels. We personalize the program to your skin and keep the whole thing gentle and comfortable.

We do! Our clinic is in Innisfil, right between Barrie and the rest of Simcoe County, so we see lots of clients from Barrie, Bradford, and beyond. Easy to get to, free parking, and a warm welcome every time.

You're so welcome here. A ton of our Redness and Repair clients are first-timers. We take it slow, explain everything, answer every question, and only start when you feel ready. No judgment, ever.

Yes, and we go through this with you before we book. It is best to wait if you have an active breakout, a cold sore, an open area, or any infection where we would be treating, until your skin has settled. We also ask about a few things in your history: keloid or raised scars, eczema or psoriasis in the area, and whether you have taken Accutane recently, since your skin needs time to heal well first. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we will hold off for now. Because our Sylfirm X uses radiofrequency energy, we cannot treat over a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, or over metal implants in the treatment area. None of this rules you out for good in most cases. Tell us your full picture and we will let you know if now is the right time or if a short wait is safer for you.

For most people the treated skin looks a little pink and feels warm, a bit like a mild sunburn, and there can be some light swelling. That usually calms down within a day or two, and many people go back to their normal day right away. Some flaking, dryness, or the odd small breakout as your skin renews is normal too. If you have a deeper skin tone, there is a chance of some darkening in the treated spots, so sun protection afterward really matters, and we will talk you through it. Please call us if you notice anything that does not feel right: redness or pain that is getting worse instead of better, spreading heat or swelling, blistering, weeping, signs of infection, or a cold sore starting. We would always rather hear from you and check in than have you wait and wonder.
