SylfirmX Maintenance

It's a lighter, spaced-out RF microneedling session for people who've already done their SylfirmX series and want to keep those results going. Instead of starting over, we top up the collagen work every few months so your firmness and glow can hold.

Maintenance is designed for clients who've already completed a SylfirmX treatment round. If you're brand new to SylfirmX, we'll usually start you with a full series first, then move you onto maintenance to keep it up. We'll figure out the right path for you at your consult.

Nope. They're both RF microneedling, but we use SylfirmX, not Morpheus8. They're different devices. If you've had Morpheus8 elsewhere, just let us know and we'll talk through what makes sense for keeping your skin looking its best with our device.

It varies, but a lot of people do a maintenance session every few months. The right rhythm depends on your skin, your goals, and how your results are holding, so we'll set a cadence together at your consult and adjust as we go.

Most people find it very manageable. We apply a numbing cream first, so you're mostly feeling warmth with a light prickle. If you're sensitive or nervous, just tell us and we'll keep you comfy the whole time. Our team takes their time with every client.

A SylfirmX Maintenance session is priced per session. We also offer a lighter Express Glow session, priced separately on our Jane menu, which comes with a take-home mask. Your provider will recommend the option that fits your skin and your goals at your consult, with clear pricing before anything starts.

Not much. You might have some pinkness or a warm, sunburn-like feel for a day or so. Most people head right back to their day and just keep skincare gentle, wear sunscreen, and skip saunas for a day or two. We'll give you simple aftercare to follow.

Often, yes. Lots of our clients pair SylfirmX maintenance with facials or other skin treatments for a balanced routine. We'll map out what makes sense for your skin and the right timing, with no pressure to add anything you don't want.

Plan for about 45 to 60 minutes from start to finish, including a little numbing time up front. Express Glow tends to be a bit quicker. We'll always give you a realistic time when you book so you can plan your day.

We'll send you simple prep, but generally it helps to skip strong actives like retinol for a few days and come in with clean skin. Let us know about any recent sun, cold sores, or new products so we can plan around them. Easy stuff, and we'll guide you.

Yes, and we go through this with you before we book. It is best to wait if you have an active breakout, a cold sore, an open area, or any infection where we would be treating, until your skin has settled. We also ask about a few things in your history: keloid or raised scars, eczema or psoriasis in the area, and whether you have taken Accutane recently, since your skin needs time to heal well first. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we will hold off for now. Because our Sylfirm X uses radiofrequency energy, we cannot treat over a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, or over metal implants in the treatment area. None of this rules you out for good in most cases. Tell us your full picture and we will let you know if now is the right time or if a short wait is safer for you.
